This page explains how to delete your Polenest account and associated personal data. If you only want to delete specific items without removing your account, use the in-app delete actions on those items.

How to request account deletion

Option 1 — In-app

1. Open the Polenest app.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation notice, then confirm with your signed-in email.
4. Your account is signed out immediately; server data is purged within 14 days.

Option 2 — Email request

• Send an email to [email protected].
• Subject: Account Deletion Request.
• Include the account email you use to sign in to Polenest.
• We respond within 7 business days and complete deletion within 14 days.

What is deleted

• Authentication record and account identifiers.
• Profile data such as display name, nickname, and avatar URL.
• Personal content such as schedules, events, memos, pattern settings, and habit tracker data.
• Group memberships and push notification tokens.
• Subscription or purchase records that are not legally required to be retained.

What may be retained

• Anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot identify you individually.
• Legal or financial records, such as purchase receipts, where retention is required by applicable law.

Partial deletion

You can delete individual memos, events, habits, group memberships, and other content from within the app without closing your account.

계정 삭제 요청 방법

방법 1 — 앱 내 삭제

1. Polenest 앱을 엽니다.
2. 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제로 이동합니다.
3. 확인 안내를 읽고 로그인 이메일로 최종 확인합니다.
4. 즉시 로그아웃되며 서버 데이터는 14일 이내에 영구 삭제됩니다.

• 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
• Polenest 로그인에 사용한 계정 이메일을 포함해 주세요.
• 영업일 기준 7일 이내 답변드리고, 14일 이내 삭제를 완료합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 인증 정보 및 계정 식별자
• 이름, 닉네임, 프로필 이미지 URL 등 프로필 데이터
• 일정, 이벤트, 메모, 패턴 설정, 습관 트래커 데이터 등 개인 콘텐츠
• 그룹 멤버십 및 푸시 알림 토큰
• 법적으로 보관할 필요가 없는 구독 또는 구매 기록

삭제 후 보관될 수 있는 데이터

• 개인을 식별할 수 없는 익명화된 집계 분석 데이터
• 관련 법령상 보관이 필요한 결제 영수증 등 법적·재무 기록

일부 데이터만 삭제

메모, 이벤트, 습관, 그룹 멤버십 등 개별 항목은 계정 삭제 없이 앱 내에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.

アカウント削除のリクエスト方法

方法1 — アプリ内削除

1. Polenestアプリを開きます。
2. 設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除を選択します。
3. 確認案内を読み、ログイン中のメールアドレスで最終確認します。
4. すぐにログアウトされ、サーバーデータは14日以内に完全削除されます。

方法2 — メールリクエスト

• [email protected]までメールをお送りください。
• 件名: Account Deletion Request
• Polenestのログインに使用しているアカウントのメールアドレスを記載してください。
• 7営業日以内に返信し、14日以内に削除を完了します。

削除されるデータ

• 認証情報およびアカウント識別子
• 表示名、ニックネーム、アバターURLなどのプロフィールデータ
• スケジュール、イベント、メモ、パターン設定、習慣トラッカーなどの個人コンテンツ
• グループメンバーシップおよびプッシュ通知トークン
• 法的に保持する必要のないサブスクリプションまたは購入記録

削除後も保持される可能性があるデータ

• 個人を特定できない匿名化された集計分析データ
• 適用法により保持が必要な購入レシートなどの法的・財務記録

一部データのみ削除

メモ、イベント、習慣、グループメンバーシップなどの個別項目は、アカウントを閉じずにアプリ内で削除できます。
