By using Polenest's website (polenest.com) or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.

Refund requests for direct Polenest purchases may be submitted within 14 days of purchase or renewal and are reviewed case by case. App Store and Google Play purchases may need to follow the store's own refund process. See the Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polenest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
