You retain ownership of content you create in the Service. You grant Polenest a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Polenest. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Polenest's trademarks or branding.
Some features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Refund requests for direct Polenest purchases may be submitted within 14 days of purchase or renewal and are reviewed case by case. App Store and Google Play purchases may need to follow the store's own refund process. See the Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polenest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
