Camera
The camera is used only when you choose to take a job photo in MeasureSend.
Your job photos and measurements stay on your device.
MeasureSend is a local-first app for marking dimensions and notes on working copies of job photos and sharing ordered JPEG copies. It does not require a Polenest account or upload job content to a Polenest server.
Data handled by MeasureSend
| Job records | Job names, photo order, dimensions, units, notes, completion status, and free-use history are stored in the app workspace on your device. |

| Photos | Photos you take or choose are copied into the local workspace for editing. MeasureSend keeps the original photo unchanged and adds marks only to a working copy. |
| Shared JPEGs | Marked JPEG copies are created on your device only when you share. The app removes location, device, and original file-path information from those copies. |
| Purchase verification | For a purchase or restore, the app sends its app ID, Store platform, product ID, and Store purchase evidence to the Polenest Entitlements service. Photos, job names, dimensions, and notes are not sent. |
| Diagnostics | Apple, Google, or the operating system may provide crash and diagnostic information such as app version, OS version, device model, and error details under their settings and policies. |
| Support | Emails and details you send to [email protected] are used to answer your request and investigate the issue you report. |
Camera, photos, and sharing
Photo library
Photo access is used only when you choose photos or keep an original photo in your library.
Share destination
You choose the receiving app or person through the operating system. That provider's policy applies after transfer.
No photo analysis server
Polenest does not receive your job photos to measure, analyze, advertise, or build a profile.
Purchase and restore
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment and the Store account. Polenest does not receive or store your card number. The Entitlements service validates Store evidence with Apple or Google and may retain a verified purchase and entitlement record, transaction identifier where applicable, protected purchase identifier, status, and verification time so access can be restored and refunds or revocations can be applied.
Retention and your controls
| Local jobs | Job data remains on the device until you delete the job or uninstall MeasureSend. Working data is excluded from operating-system backups. |

| Temporary share files | Temporary copies left after sharing are removed after 24 hours while the app is running or the next time it starts. |
| Files already shared | Copies saved or sent outside MeasureSend are controlled by the location, app, or person you selected. |
| Purchase records | Verified purchase records may be retained as needed to provide restore, apply Store lifecycle changes, prevent abuse, and maintain service security. |
