Planner guide

Add a schedule to multiple dates in the right order.

The important part is the order: turn on multi-select mode first, then choose dates. Tapping dates before multi-select is on only changes the active date.

Multi-date schedule flow

  1. Open the Calendar tab. Start from the calendar view where dates are shown.
  2. Tap the round multi-select button at the lower right. This turns date taps into selection taps.
  3. Select several dates. Touch each day that should receive the same schedule.
  4. Tap the add schedule action. In English builds this may appear as Add event; in Korean it appears as 일정 추가.
  5. Enter the schedule details. Add title, time, repeat setting, color, memo links, or workspace links as needed.
  6. Save. Planner creates the same schedule on every selected date.

Do not start by tapping dates. If multi-select mode is off, tapping a date moves the active date instead of building a multi-date selection.

Need to share only selected dates? Use the same round lower-right multi button, select the relevant dates, then use the selected-date sharing flow. See the multi-date guide.

Other useful flows

Rotating work

Use multi-date creation for work, rest, study, routines, or freelance blocks that land on scattered dates.

Memo links

When creating or editing a schedule, use the memo or link picker to connect relevant notes, tasks, or workspace records.

Workspace separation

Keep different projects, study areas, or work contexts separated so the calendar is not the only place holding the record.

Habits and routines

Use recurring entries and simple repeated schedule blocks for exercise, study, care, medication, or preparation routines.

Scope records

Use local Scope records for project SOW text, in-scope notes, out-of-scope notes, and extra amount context.

Backup and premium features

Use the app's backup, restore, purchase, and restore-purchase controls from the app screens where they are available.

Planner guide library

These pages explain how Polenest Planner works from the Calendar, Workspace, Cue, Memo, Study Board, and Scope components that are present in the app code. The guides avoid claiming flows that are still disabled, such as timetable auto-sync to Calendar.

Link memos to calendar schedules

Use memo links in Polenest Planner to keep preparation notes, meeting records, questions, and context attached to calendar schedules.

What this page does not claim: Timetable automatic calendar sync is not presented as finished, because the current Timetable service returns false for apply-to-calendar.

Quick troubleshooting

The Add event action is disabled or missing.

Make sure multi-select mode is on and at least one date is selected. If no date is selected, the create action has nothing to apply.

I selected one date only. What happens?

Planner uses the normal single-date schedule flow. Select two or more dates when you want one schedule copied across several days.

Can I link notes after creating a schedule?

Yes. Open the schedule again and use the memo or workspace link controls where available.
