Purchase and restore

Use the same store account

Restore checks the App Store or Google Play account currently active on the device. Use the same store account that made the purchase.

Check device connectivity

Purchase restore needs a store connection. If the device is offline or the store is unavailable, try again after the connection is stable.

No client-side secrets

ProofBinder does not put Apple or Google verifier secrets in the app client. Store verification is handled outside the public app binary.

Refunds

Store purchases and refunds are handled by the applicable app store policy. See the Polenest refund page for the current public policy link.

FAQ

Can Polenest recover local data after phone loss?

No. If records were only stored locally and no PDF or backup exists elsewhere, Polenest cannot recover them from a server.

My PDF did not save where I expected.

Check the destination app or storage provider selected from the device save or share sheet. That provider controls the final save location.

Images are missing from a packet.

Open the record in ProofBinder and confirm the images are still attached before generating the PDF again.

How do I request privacy help?

Email [email protected] and include ProofBinder in the subject. Do not include unnecessary sensitive document contents in the first message.
