How the local workflow works

3. Generate a PDF packet
Export a readable PDF packet with the record summary, timeline, image attachments, and packet metadata.
4. Save or share it yourself
You choose where the PDF goes. ProofBinder does not upload your packet to a Polenest server.

No account requirement
The core PDF scanner workflow is local and does not require a Polenest account.
No cloud document vault
Polenest does not keep a server-side archive of your ProofBinder notes, photos, PDFs, or document packet manifests.
No legal certificate
ProofBinder helps you organize records. It is not a legal service, tax service, notarization service, or legal advice.

The Android build is prepared for Play distribution, but public Play listing visibility depends on the active Play Console track and country rollout.
FAQ
Can Polenest recover my records if I lose my phone?
No. If your records and PDFs were only stored locally and you did not save or back them up elsewhere, Polenest cannot recover them from a server.
How do I move a PDF packet to another place?
Use the device's file picker, share sheet, document viewer, or storage provider. The destination app or provider controls any upload or sync after that point.
What does purchase restore do?
Purchase restore asks the app store account on the device for the existing full unlock purchase and applies it locally when the store confirms it.
Is ProofBinder a legal or notarization service?
No. It helps you assemble a practical PDF document packet. The quality and usefulness of the packet depends on the information and files you add.
