Planner calendar guide

Add one schedule to several dates, then share the selected dates.

This guide is for schedules that do not sit neatly on every Monday or every weekday. In Polenest Planner, the flow starts from the round multi button floating at the bottom-right of the Calendar screen.

People search for this when repeats are not enough

Common searches look like “add the same event to multiple dates,” “select several dates in a calendar app,” “irregular schedule planner,” or “share selected calendar dates.” The real problem is not only adding a schedule. It is explaining scattered dates to yourself, a client, a coworker, a classmate, or a family member without rewriting the same thing again and again.

Where the multi button is

The multi button is the round floating button at the lower-right corner of the Calendar screen. It looks like a circular action button placed above the calendar surface, so your thumb can reach it before you start choosing dates.

Order matters. Tap the round bottom-right multi button first. After that, date taps become multi-date selections. If you tap dates before turning on multi mode, the calendar simply moves the active date.

Add one schedule to multiple dates

  1. Open Calendar. Start from the monthly calendar screen in Polenest Planner.
  2. Tap the round multi button at the lower right. This changes the calendar from single-date focus to multi-date selection.
  3. Select the scattered dates. Tap every day that should receive the same schedule.
  4. Tap Add schedule. In Korean builds this appears as 일정 추가.
  5. Enter the details once. Add title, time, color, memo links, or workspace context as needed.
  6. Save. Planner creates the schedule on each selected date.

Share the schedules from selected dates

  1. Tap the same round multi button. Use the bottom-right circular button to enter multi-date selection.
  2. Choose only the dates you want to show. For example, select the client meeting days, the work shift days, or the family care days.
  3. Use the selected-date share action. Planner can share the schedules from those chosen dates with another person.
  4. Send it to the right channel. Use it for a message to a client, a teammate, a study group, or someone at home who only needs those dates.

Niche but practical: sharing selected dates is useful because people rarely need your whole calendar. They usually need the few dates related to one project, one shift block, or one plan.

Real examples

Freelancer delivery days

Select the draft review, final delivery, and client call dates. Add the project schedule once, then share only those selected dates with the client.

Shift work and part-time work

When workdays are scattered, select only the actual work dates. Add “Evening shift” once and share those dates with family or a coworker.

Student assignment blocks

Pick research, writing, review, and submission days. Add one study block without pretending the schedule repeats on a clean weekly rule.

Family care or appointments

Select only hospital, care, pickup, or preparation days, then share the relevant schedule dates with the person coordinating with you.

Multi-select versus repeat

Use thisWhen it fitsExample

Quick answers

Why do my taps only move the selected day?

Multi mode is not on yet. Tap the round floating multi button at the bottom right first, then select dates.

Can I share only part of my calendar?

Yes. Use multi-date selection to choose the dates that matter, then share the schedules from those selected dates.

Is this only for work?

No. It also fits study plans, care schedules, family appointments, creator production days, and any calendar where useful dates are scattered.
