Schedules, memos, tasks, and workspace records can be deleted from the relevant app screens where those records are managed.

This page summarizes the Planner-specific privacy posture. The general Polenest privacy policy remains available at /privacy.
Data categories
| Account data | Email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and user ID are used for sign-in, account recovery, purchase entitlement, and support. |

| User content | Schedules, notes, tasks, workspace records, Scope records, attachments metadata, and settings are used to provide Planner features. |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, app version, OS version, device model, and error details may be used to fix defects and maintain reliability. |
| Support data | Emails and details you send to [email protected] are used to answer your request and diagnose the issue you report. |
| Purchases | App Store or Google Play handles payment. Polenest does not store your card number. |
| Ads | The iOS app is configured without ads or tracking. Android free builds may use Google advertising services when ad placements are enabled. |
Controls
Account deletion
Use the in-app account deletion control where available, or email [email protected] from the account email with the subject Account deletion request.
Purchase restore
Store purchases and restore flows are processed through App Store or Google Play. Planner checks entitlement status to unlock features.
Local records
Some Planner and Scope records are local-first. Back up important device-local data before changing devices or deleting the app.
