Dates are not selected after I tap them.

Open Calendar and tap the round multi-select button first. Date taps only become selections after multi-select mode is on.

The schedule popup does not appear.

Confirm that at least one date is selected, then tap the add schedule action. Restart the app if the screen state looks stuck.

Apple or Google sign-in is not working.

Include the provider, OS version, app version, and the exact error text or screenshot in your support email.

Purchase restore does not unlock features.

Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, then send the app version and store platform if restore still fails.
