I cannot create more projects.

Local free mode may limit the number of active projects. Archive an inactive project or use the full local unlock path when available.

My SOW text is not visible.

Open the project and check the SOW / pricing section. New projects keep that section collapsed so project creation stays quick.

Can Polenest recover local data after phone loss?

No. If records were only stored locally and no exported backup exists, Polenest cannot recover them from a server.

How do I move records to another device?

Export a JSON backup from Settings, move it through the storage provider you choose, then import it on the other device.

How do I request privacy help or account deletion?

Email [email protected] from the account email if an account was connected, and include the request type in the subject.
