Planner calendar guide

Attach the reason and preparation behind a schedule.

A date alone is often not enough. Link a memo to the schedule so meeting notes, hospital questions, trip checklists, or client requests stay beside the event.

Actual flow in the app

  1. Create or open a memo in Memo when you need a reusable note.
  2. Open Calendar and create or edit the schedule.
  3. Use the memo/link area in the schedule dialog.
  4. Pick the memo that belongs with this date.
  5. Save the schedule so the memo link is stored with the calendar event.

Real-life examples

A client call keeps agenda, decisions, and follow-up requests beside the event.

A hospital appointment keeps symptoms and questions attached to the date.

A trip plan keeps packing and reservation notes connected to travel days.

What this page does not claim

  • A memo link is a reference between records. It does not mean every note is sent to another person.
  • Free link creation may be quota-gated, while existing links remain viewable.

Quick answers

Can I connect the same memo to several selected dates?

Yes. When selected dates create several draft events, the pending memo links are applied to each created event.

Can I remove a memo link later?

Yes. Editing can replace the memo set for a calendar event.
