Do not turn every task into a calendar event.

Calendar is strongest for confirmed dates. Cue is better for short actions, reminders, and things you need to handle without blocking the month view.

  2. Put short actions such as send file, call back, or check document in Cue.
  3. Use Cue alarm settings when the task needs a reminder.
  4. Let Workspace tasks appear as read-only Cue overlays when they come from a workspace context.
  5. Share a Cue item or task bundle when someone needs the short action list.
